Our Rights of Cancellation
Yellow Bus Decals (Environmental Sign Solutions Inc.) reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error, “glitch,” or other technical malfunctions. We reserve this right regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price. 

Contract Formation
The display of products on our website constitutes an “invitation to treat” rather than a binding offer. A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your order has been approved by us and we have debited your credit card. A confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order does not constitute acceptance of that order.
